 An energy audit's purpose is to identify places in the home where energy is being wasted and propose ways to make improvements. All for the purpose of reducing the amount of energy the home uses to keep you comfortable. Energy audits range from the Energy Adviser conducting a simple walk-through, to a detailed approach of looking over the home in a more systematic and detailed manner. The audit you choose will depend on what you are seeking and your interest in lowering your energy cost.
With a more in-depth approach, the Energy Adviser will look through your home from top to bottom, searching for way improvements you can make, to lower your home’s heating, cooling and water heating cost.
